The Grounds

The Grounds Committee is tasked with with organizing efforts to engage with the community and HOA board to address grounds related issues and to drive improvements to the neighborhood at large.

Note, Grounds related documentation is available via a Google Drive Shared folder:

Ongoing Maintenance

General Mowing and Trimming

As of 2024-01-01, servicing of specific common areas (link) is done by Greenscape on Thursday according to our contract

• If mowing is not done on Thursday, it should occur on the followng day.

Important: Please review the contract for additional expectations and seasonal services

Dog waste stations and Trash cans

As of 2024-01-01, dog waste stations are serviced (emptied, bags replaced) weekly by Greenscape (typically on Thursday).

• Note, Steven Tegreeny (3616 Henningson way) has extra bags, liners, and keys in case servicing is needed sooner than GreenScape

Retention Ponds

Retention Ponds are maintained by TrianglePondManagement 

• • Servicing occurs monthly and includes: mowing and string trimming of pond areas, removal of trash and debris, inspection of the system's functions.

  • A summary report is emailed to the board and grounds group for each service.
