The Grounds

The Grounds Committee is tasked with with organizing efforts to engage with the community and HOA board to address grounds related issues and to drive improvements to the neighborhood at large.

Note, Grounds related documentation is available via a Google Drive Shared folder:

Ongoing Maintenance

General Mowing and Trimming

As of 2026-01-01, servicing of specific common areas (link) is done by Murray's Landscaping Service according to our contract

Important: Please email the Grounds Committee if you have questions specific to our Landscaping Service.

Dog waste stations and Trash cans

As of 2026-01-01, pet waste stations are serviced (emptied, bags replaced) weekly by Murray's Landscaping Service.

• Note, Chris Sevilis (102 Harkness Cir) has extra bags, liners, and keys in case servicing is needed sooner than Murray's can empty the pet waste stations.

Detention Pond

Our Dry Detention Pond is maintained by TrianglePondManagement 

• • Servicing occurs monthly and includes: mowing and string trimming of pond areas, removal of trash and debris, inspection of the system's functions.

  • A summary report is emailed to the board and grounds group for each service.
